At AIORI, we want you to love what you create. Since all our products are custom-made on demand, we handle refunds differently than traditional retailers.
When We Offer Refunds
We will provide a full refund or free replacement in the following situations:
- Damaged in transit: Your item arrived damaged or broken
- Print defects: Significant printing errors, color issues, or quality problems
- Wrong item: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Lost package: Your order was lost in shipping and never arrived
How to Request a Refund
Email support@aiori.shop within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve issues within 3-5 business days.
What We Cannot Refund
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind: You no longer want the item
- Design regret: You're not happy with the AI-generated design you chose to print
- Sizing errors: You ordered the wrong size (please check size guides)
- Color variations: Minor differences between screen display and print (this is normal)
- Address errors: Package delivered to an incorrect address you provided
Replacement vs. Refund
For quality issues, we typically offer:
- First choice: Free replacement with expedited shipping
- Alternative: Full refund to original payment method
You choose what works best for you.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment method and bank.
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs
For defective/damaged items, we cover all replacement shipping costs. Original shipping fees are refunded if the entire order is returned due to our error.
International Orders
The same refund policy applies to international orders. However, please note that customs fees and import duties are not refundable as these are charged by your country, not by AIORI.
